What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, take action — which may include restricting our tool’s ability to process the specific video link identified, removing any related content from our site, or other steps reasonably necessary to address the claim. We may also notify the user associated with the reported activity, where applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content or functionality was restricted or removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

False Claims
